The Staff were very respectful and was able to answer all my questions and show me how the heating system worked. Usually my husband handles this. I had to leave a day early and they were very understandable and said I should be able to get a 1 day refund.

The access and location to the freeway was very convenient. They accept dogs and were very kind to our pooch. Also, the breakfast had a good variety and was hot. We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again the next time we're passing through.

The pool was filthy and most of the jets in the semi-hot tub didn't work. Pool was cold. Late check out was 12 instead of like most places where it is 1pm. No heat or exhaust fans in restrooms. $6.00 for a soda in vending machines (seriously?)

The only thing that sucked was that the outside doors weren’t working with the digital room key so I had to have one of my kids stay at the door just to get back in. Oh and the tile in the bathroom was broken and the toilet felt sunken in.
